Bhutan-India budget talks
Bhutan and India held second round of talks with regard to budget disbursement for Bhutan’s 11th fiver year plan that had begun in July this year.
The bilateral talks were held in New Delhi on Tuesday (November 26). Foreign Secretary Yeshey Dorji led the Bhutanese delegation while Additional Secretary, Development Partnership Administration of the Ministry of External Affairs of India Sujata Singh led the Indian delegation.
Details of the bilateral talks are not yet out.
India, one of the largest donors to Bhutan, has agreed to donate Nu 45 billion towards the five year plan period.
