Two charged on 911 call

Two resettled Bhutanese men have been arrested for calling 911 and claiming that he knows some of the people who plan to destroy the White House on May 1.
Guru A. Dhimal, 28, of Syracuse, New York; and Bhagirath Koirala, 67, of Columbus, face charges including inducing panic in the case.
According to raw conversation between Dhimal and the phone receiver at 911, Dhimal initially said he is the member of Al Qaeda and he along with his friends have plans to destroy White House.
He was traveling on a Greyhound bus from Buffalo to Cleveland. Dhimal says, the bomb is not on the bus he was travelling but want to report about the plan and want to talk to president of US.
After the 911 call was made, one of the suspects approached the bus driver about it. The driver pulled over. When police arrived, the bus was swept by the bomb squad and canines but no explosives were found.
The two suspects were arraigned Monday afternoon.
Koirala was issued personal bond and was released later on the day. Dhimal was issued $25,000 bond and must undergo a psych evaluation.
According to community leaders, Dhimal was not in good health, mentally, and all documents regarding this has been forwarded to the authorities for necessary action. Dhimal has been under such condition for last three years.
Authorities have not said why Koirala was also included in the suspect list. He does not speak English and lives like the priest’s life.
