Arati is Miss Bhutan US 2017

Aarati Ghising has succeeded Bimla Siwakoti to become the next Miss Bhutan US 2017. The contest is annually organised by Himalayan Festivals USA.

Susana Pradhan from North Carolina and Simian Basnet from Pennsylvania became first runner up and second runner up respectively, from among 13 contestants from various states.

Nepalese artists Priyanka Karki and Sugam Pokhrel groomed and judged the beauty contests.

“Himalayan Festival is complete family entertainments, which includes live performances, celebrity sequences, vibrant dances, live singing, sports activities, beauty pageants and much more,” organisers say.
