Padam Rizal’s whereabouts still unknown

The Bhutanese community, family members, relatives and local authorities in the Pennsylvania state are still lack clue about the status and condition of Padam Rizal, ever after more than three weeks.

Bhutanese community in the US state of Pennsylvania have announced the cash reward for anyone providing information about the whereabouts of missing leading personality Rizal.

The community is cooperating with the local police department, elected officials and commissioners.

Police said, the search operation for Rizal is their top priority at this stage.

Police have said they difficulty in making detailed search in the area due to low temperatures but are seeking all possible alternatives in the search operation. They said their investigation expands to two possible cause – life endangered and criminal act.

Rizal was first report to police as missing on February 22, Friday family’s repeated attempts to contact him failed.
