RBA makes emergency landing in Mumbai

A Royal Bhutan Airlines (Druk Air) flight from Paro (Bhutan) to Mumbai (India) was forced to make an emergency landing at the Neta Subash Chandra Bose International Airport on Sunday (15 June).

The airlines was forced to make emergency landing after its windshield cracked during the journey.

The captain of the flight sought permission of the ATC for emergency landing as the aircraft suffered windshield crack during the flight, Indian media reports quote NSC airport officials.

After being cleared for emergency landing, the flight touched down safely at the airport at around 9.30 in the morning.

All the passengers and crew members on board the aircraft were safe.
